RESULT: The tenancy tribunal does not gazette the defaulter, so if the defaulter does not pay....... The defaulter has no record lodged against the defaulters name, by lodging this default, the defaulter will show up as being a credit risk for the NEXT 5 YEARS and therefore will be denied credit unless this sum is paid |
